Squires Library provides access to books and journal articles unavailable in the university's own collection through interlibrary loans. If we do not have a resource you need, we will try and locate it at another library. Our Interlibrary Loan Coordinator will notify you via email when your item arrives.

Squires Library offers interlibrary loan services to the faculty, staff, and students at Lee University and the Pentecostal Theological Seminary.
Definition
Interlibrary Loan is defined in the Interlibrary Loan Code of the United States as “the process by which a library requests material from, or supplies material to, another library.”
Copyright
Squires Library adheres to United States copyright law, specifically Title 17, U.S. Code, regarding fair use and making photocopies or other reproductions. We reserve the right to refuse a request if it violates copyright law.
Due Dates and Renewals
The lending library determines due dates and renewals. If you want to renew an ILL item, please email ill@leeuniversity.edu so we can request a renewal from the lending library.
Requests Per Day
While there is no limit on the number of requests a patron may make, we ask that you only request five items per day due to staffing considerations.
Fees
Interlibrary loan is a free service that we offer to our patrons. We try to request materials from other libraries that offer free services. Sometimes, items are charged fees, and the library will cover costs up to $20.
