Lori began working in Fall 2019 as Cataloger for Squires Library. Over the years, she has enjoyed many careers including Secretary/Treasurer for the Church of God Home for Children in NC, Secretary/Transcriptionist with the Cleveland Police Department's Criminal Investigation and Drug Unit, and Document Management Specialist with Child Support Services of Tennessee. Lori has always loved the library and has worked part-time for over eight years at the Cleveland Public Library. She continues to work with them two nights a week.
Lori is a 1998 graduate of Lee University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. As the daughter of former Lee professor, Ron Harris, she grew up with Lee and loved it. She met her husband, Jamey Potter, who is also a Lee Alumni, and they wed on the Lee Campus. They have three children: Christopher, Jessica, and Anthony.
In Lori's spare time she enjoys watching movies, listening to books, singing, landscaping, painting, drawing, building, and spending time with family.
